Insurance/Extended Health Plans
Many extended health insurance plans cover at least a portion if not the entire cost of the counselling sessions provided by a Registered Social Worker. Please contact your extended health plan provider to find out what services are covered.
Direct billing available to Manitoba Blue Cross, Canada Life, Manulife and all providers under Telus Health, please inquire to see if we can direct bill your insurance.
Reimbursement
An official receipt will be provided after your visit so that you can submit for reimbursement, where applicable. Registered Social Worker services are a tax-deductible medical expense.

Cancellation Policy
24 hours notice is required. Full fees will be charged with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows.
